About this site

Noble Suites (Noble Suites LLC) leases private salon suites to independent beauty and grooming professionals in Stockton, CA. This website is a leasing and information tool. It is not a salon you book a beauty service with — professionals who lease suites run their own independent businesses.

Text-message program

Our text-message program may include two types of messages. Customer care messages are sent in response to your questions or to update you on your leasing inquiry, tour, or tenancy — for example, appointment reminders, tour confirmations, account and availability notifications, and replies to your questions. Marketing messages are recurring, automated messages about promotions, special offers, and announcements.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase

Consenting to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, lease, or rental agreement. You may rent a suite or use this site without opting in to text messages.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You will only receive the message types you separately agree to. Customer care messages are sent as needed to respond to you or update you; marketing messages are sent on a recurring, automated basis.

Message & data rates

Msg & data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's message and data rates may apply to messages you receive or send.

Opt out

Reply STOP to cancel at any time. We will send one confirmation message and then no further messages to that number. To rejoin, reply START. Opting out of text messages does not cancel your lease or any agreement you have signed — contact us to manage your tenancy separately.

Supported carriers

Messages are delivered through our messaging platform and may be supported on major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Sharing of mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Independent businesses & directory

Professionals who lease suites run their own independent businesses. Services they list are provided by those businesses — not by Noble Suites. Noble Suites does not receive their service payments or control their booking calendars. Where a directory exists, profiles appear only for active tenants who opt in.

No guarantee of approval

Submitting a tour request or inquiry, or paying an approved suite-hold, does not guarantee you a suite or an approved agreement. Suitability depends on your services, equipment, licensing, and water needs, and is subject to owner approval and a signed agreement.

Accuracy of information

We aim for honest, accurate information. Rates, availability, and amenities are confirmed with the owner before publication; items still pending confirmation are not shown as confirmed. We do not state that every beauty, wellness, tattoo, nail, massage, or medical service is automatically permitted.

Third-party links & payments

The site links to third-party booking platforms and uses a hosted payment provider. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third parties.

Your use of the site

You agree not to misuse the site, its forms, or its systems — including submitting false information, attempting unauthorized access, or interfering with its operation. Forms include spam protection.

Intellectual property

Brand names, marks, and site content are owned by Noble Suites or used with permission. The Noble Suites name, tagline, and logo may not be used without written permission.

Changes to these terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
